seybrook is a town on an eponymous brook, across the river from lindor.

there are many big buildings in seybrook. the town was initially centered around a big mill. as lindor grew, more and more industry was set up in seybrook, and the products were floated down the brook to the markets in lindor. the people of seybrook match the buildings in a way.

i moved here in 2025 with chrysanthemum. we live on a busy street paralleling the brook, along which many people and wagons travel.

further downstream, there are a few other settlements on the south bank of the lindje.

vinbrook is a town built on several rocky hills. the knight’s bridge and engineer’s bridge connect vinbrook to commerce. stone forts and towers sit on the hilltops overlooking the trade routes and the river.

teabrook is a bit further, almost at the mouth of the river. there is a big port here which services industry and a ferry. clementine notes that from the ferry, lindor looks like a toy.
